I ordered the medium, my head size was just on the cusp of small or medium and the medium fits great. You'll think it's tight for a second but that just means you haven't twisted the fit-knob on the back to open it up yet. It doesn't twist or slide on the head, looks great, and I can adjust the tightness of the helmet easily, even with gloves.Unrelated but the box it comes in is pretty fun for my rabbits, they're ripping it up right now while I'm sitting in the living room completely safe from head injuries, good times.Just not fit as Smith. Feeling like i have a potato on my headTitle says it all. ?Bought size large. Able to comfortably wear beanie/skull cap underneath. Able to fit a lightweight knit cap if necessary. Comfortable with easy adjustment using dial. Worked well with non-Smith goggles (no gap between helmet and goggles. First days using this helmet were windy with highs of 22F.
